About Account Deletion
When you request account deletion, all of your personal data and training information will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All swimming results and performance history
- Custom training sets and tasks you created
- Training catalog completion progress
- Profile information and preferences
- Language and app settings
⚠️ Important: Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to:
- Access your swimming history or statistics
- Recover any custom trainings you created
- Sign in with the same credentials
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
